Below I am going to give you an example of English conversation between a bellboy and a guest at a hotel. Please feel free to practice the conversation as fluently as possible. The more you practice it the more fluent you'll be. Happy practicing and good luck!

Guest             :     Good morning, thank you.
Dorman         :     You’re welcome, do you have any luggage with you?
Guest             :     Yes, in the boot.

Turn down service  adalah pelayanan yang diberikan oleh bagian housekeeping (room boy/room maid) untuk membuka  bed cover , merapikan tempat tidur (membuka sheet), mengganti towel yang basah dan guest's supplies yang sudah terpakai oleh tamu yang dilakukan oleh room attendant di waktu sore hari (evening shift) antara jam 18.00 – 20.00 waktu setempat.
